Festo Mwaipaja, a Certified CEO by the Global Institute of CEO, holds a Master’s in International Business from UDSM, a Bachelor’s in Microfinance from Uganda Martyrs University, and certifications in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Insurance, and Cooperative Citizenship. Currently CEO of Hazina SACCOS, he has over 20 years of experience in microfinance, including 10 years as CEO. Festo has worked with both local and international organizations, gaining multidisciplinary expertise in the industry.
